部分睑板结膜全层切除术治疗轻度上睑下垂

摘　　要：目的　探讨部分睑板结膜全层切除术治疗轻度上睑下垂的方法和效果。方法　 2 0例轻度上睑下垂 ,经皮肤入路 ,根据术前测量计算结果 ,行部分睑板结膜全层切除术。结果　 2 0例术后均有轻度眼睑闭合不全 ,其中 15例术后 1月眼睑闭合正常 ,5例术后 3月眼睑闭合正常。随访 6～ 18月均无上睑下垂复发 ,无其他并发症发生 ,效果满意。结论　部分睑板结膜全层切除术治疗轻度上睑下垂设计简单 ;术中暴露清楚 ,操作方便 ;术后恢复快 。Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of blepharoptosis by cutting out the tarsus and conjunctiva partly.Methods 20 patients with slight blepharoptosis were treated with operation.Through the incisions of upper eyelids,the tarsus and conjunctiva were cut out partly based on the preopertive design.Results 20 patients were successfully treated.Slight lagophthalones was shown in all of them after operations.15 patients of the 20 recovered after one month,the others after 3 months.The 6-18 months follow_up showed that none of them recurred and no complication happened.Conclusion The treatment of blepharoptosis by cutting out the tarsus and conjunctiva partly is simple and easy.It exposes well and recovers rapidly.
