摘　　要：目的 研究肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤影像诊断。 方法 20例经临床、病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,其中男6例,女14例,平均年龄47.7岁。20例均行CT平扫和B超检查,14例行CT增强扫描,4例行MRI扫描,2例行DSA检查。 结果 单侧肾肿瘤18例,双侧2例。20例见22个肿瘤,7个位于肾实质或肾窦内,15个位于肾包膜处。肿瘤平均直径9.14 cm,内均见脂肪密度组织。4例肿瘤内有出血灶,2例肾包膜血肿,3例侵犯肾静脉。 结论 含有脂肪组织的肾肿瘤应诊断本病。Objective To study the imaging diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma. Methods 20 cases (6 males, 14 females, averaging 47.7 years old) of renal angiomyolipoma proved clinically and pathologically underwent CT scan, in which enhanced CT were preformed in 14 cases,US in 20 cases,MRI in 4 cases,DSA in 2 cases. Result Among 20 cases,two cases suffered bilateral renal tumors,and other cases unilateral tumor.In 22 tumors,7 tumors were found in the renal parenchyma and sinus, 15 tumors located in perinepriric fascia.The mean diameter was 9.14cm.20 tumors were irregular in shape. All tumors showed to have fat to some extent, 4 tumors had hemorrhage and two tumors had subcapsular hemorrhage.Invasion of renal vein was found in 3 cases. Conclusion Renal angiomyolipoma can be diagnosed if a renal tumor has fat content.
