摘　　要：从理论方面研究点缺陷对微波介质陶瓷材料介电性能的影响 ,通过实验分析微波介质陶瓷材料的几种改性机理中点缺陷所发挥的作用 ,以及工艺因素对点缺陷的影响 。The influence of point defect on microwave properties of dielectric ceramics was theoretically studied. The effects of microwave dielectric properties on several improved mechanisms and the assistance of producing parameters in microwave dielectric ceramics were analyzed by experiments. Based on these analyses, several possible improved results of point defect were obtained.
