摘　　要：农牧交错带处在沙漠——黄土边界带与绿洲——沙漠过渡带。生态环境具有明显的多变性和脆弱性特征。农牧交错带生态环境的退化、恶化,除了自然因素之外,主要是人为过渡开垦,不合理经济活动破坏生态环境,特别是自然植被的破坏所引起。为此,应把经营模式的转变作为切入点,加大调整人地关系,调整土地利用方式,调整产业结构,改造川区灌溉地,逐步把不适宜产粮的地区,退耕还林(草)发展畜牧业。农牧交错带的生态环境已处于危急状态,不但不能开垦,而且应加大生态保护与建设的力度。故此,应及时进行整治、重建,以推进当地的社会经济可持续发展。The crisscross zones of agriculture and animal husbandry are located between desert-loess boundary zone and oasis-desert transition zone. The ecological environment possesses obvious variable and vulnerable characteristics. Besides natural factors, the degradation and deterioration of ecological environment in the crisscross zones of agriculture and animal husbandry are mainly man-made excessive land reclamation, improper economic activities destroying ecological environment, especially damages of natural vegetation. So, it should change business mode as a turning point, e.g. strengthening regulation of human-land relation, land utilization type, industry structure; improve valley irrigation land, transfer unsuitable grain-production regions to develop animal husbandry by returning vegetable land to forestry or grassland. The crisscross zones of agriculture and animal husbandry are now in a dangerous condition. They should not be developed, but greatly enhance the force of ecological protection and construction as well. Therefore, it shall carry out comprehensive improvement and reconstruction, in order to promote the local sustainable development of social economy.
