摘　　要：提高工艺快速反应能力与技术创新是市场经济条件下企业生存和发展的关键,本文从三个方面即:1. 提高工艺快速反应能力的目的;2. 提高工艺快速反应能力与技术创新的关系;3. 如何提高工艺快速反应能力,分析了其对推动产业技术创新,加快企业技术进步的重要性和必要性,从而有效地提高我国企业的整体素质和竞争实力。Improving fast technical reaction ability and technique innovation is the key for enterprise to exist and develop under the market economy conditions. This article analyzed the importance and necessities to promote industry technique innovation and accelerate enterprise technical progress in the following three aspects as to effectively improve the integrated quality and competitiveness of enterprises of our country. 1. The purpose of improving fast technical reaction ability; 2. Relation between improving the fast technical reaction ability and technique innovation, 3. How to improve the fast technical reaction ability.
