格拉司琼联合甲基强的松龙对含顺铂化疗方案的止吐作用

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸格拉司琼联合甲基强的松龙(甲强龙)的止吐效果。方法:将52例接受顺铂化疗的患者,随机分为两组,即单剂盐酸格拉司琼和盐酸格拉司琼加甲强龙组,采用交叉对比的方法,比较单剂盐酸格拉司琼和盐酸格拉司琼加甲强龙联用的疗效。结果:单剂盐酸格拉司琼对呕吐的完全控制率为80.7%,盐酸格拉司琼加甲强龙联用则为92.3%,两组比较差异显著,P<0.01。结论:盐酸格拉司琼与甲强龙联用可显著改善顺铂引起的急性呕吐。Objective :To study the anti-vomiting effect of granisetron combined with solu-medrol. Methods:52 patients received cisplatin chemotherapy were randomly devided into two groups, granisetron group and granistron combined with solu-medrol. Results:The complete coutrol rates of acute vomiting were 80.7% in granisetron group alone and 92.3% in granistron plus solu-medrol group(P<0.01),statistical difference was apparent. Conclusion: Granisetron combined with solu-medrol could remarkably improve the efficacy of control of acute vomiting by cisplatin.
