摘　　要：应用最小方差理论、加权几何平均法确定决策专家相对水平权重,改进了层次分析法判断矩阵的构成,可以获得考虑专家水平的层次分析法权向量;探讨了复杂系统问题综合权向量的计算。In the paper, weights considering the expert's level have been confirmed combining least-square and combined weighted geometric averaging, the judgment matrix in analytical hierarchy process has been improved and the weighted vectors considering the expert's level have been obtained too, the calculation of synthesis weighted vectors for system questions is discussed.
