摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT双期扫描在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值.方法螺旋CT双期扫描胰腺癌30例,先平扫,再以3mL/s速度注射对比剂100mL,分别行胰腺期(注射后30~35s)和肝脏期(注射后65~70s)扫描,并测量各扫描期肿瘤和正常胰腺组织的CT值,计算出肿瘤-胰腺的密度差.结果正常胰腺组织的平均CT值,在胰腺期和肝脏期分别为(119±17)Hu,(99±16)Hu,而肿瘤组织的平均CT值分别为(51±18)Hu,(61±12)Hu,胰腺-病灶增强差值分别为(66±28)Hu,(37±24)Hu,二者之间有显著差别.结论螺旋CT双期扫描在胰腺癌诊断中具有重要的临床价值.ObjectiveTo explore the value of dual-phase scanning helical CT in diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.MethodsDual-phase scanning helical CT was performed on 30 cases. First, they performed common scanning. then, they injected (100 mL) intravenous contrast material at a rate of (3 ml/s) and performed pancreatic phase(began at 30~35 second after injection) and liver phase(began at 65~70 second after injection). To measure CT value in every phase tumor and normal pancreas, and calculate the density difference of tumor-pancreas.ResultsThe normal pancreas are (119±17)Hu, (99±16)Hu, and the tumor are (51±18)Hu, (61±12)Hu in pancreatic phase and liver phase. The tumor-pancreas contrast are (66±28)Hu, (37±24)Hu, and have significant difference.ConclusionDual-phase scanning helical CT have important clinical value in diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
