摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植术联合自体角膜缘移植术治疗角膜缘功能衰竭症临床效果。方法用人羊膜移植术联合自体角膜缘移植术治疗角膜缘功能衰竭症41例(41眼),均为单眼发病;包括复发性及巨大翼状胬肉29例,眼酸碱化学烧伤7例,热烧伤5例。术后随访420mo。结果随访期内角膜缘植片成活,眼表面光滑,角膜上皮稳定,透明性增强,翼状胬肉仅2眼复发,复发率7%。烧伤组部分患者视力提高,5例视力达0.01以上。结论羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘移植对于构筑角膜缘再生基底,再造角膜表面,抑制角膜新生血管,减少翼状胬肉复发,防止瘢痕形成,是一种行之有效的方法,是治疗角膜缘功能衰竭症的重要手段。AIM: To determine the effect of treating corneal marginal degeneration with amniotic membrane transplantation combined with corneal limbal autotransplantation.· METHODS: A total of 41 cases (41 eyes) with corneal marginal degeneration underwent human amniotic membrane transplantation and corneal limbal autotransplantation, including 29 cases of recurrent huge pterygium, 7 cases of chemical burn and 5 cases of thermal burn. The follow-up was 4-20mo.· RESULTS: During the follow-up, pterygium recurred in 2 eyes (6.9%). The visual acuities of patients of chemical or thermal burn were improved, among which those of 5 cases were above 0.01. · CONCLUSION: Amnion transplantation combined with corneal limbal autotransplantation is beneficial for the regeneration of corneal limbus basis, reconstruction of corneal surface, restraining corneal neovascularization, reducing pterygium recurrence and preventing cicatrisation. It is an effective therapy for corneal marginal degeneration.·
