倍频532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨倍频５３２ｎｍ激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿（ＤＭＥ）的疗效。方法：回顾性分析２００１－０５／２００３－０７倍频５３２ｎｍ激光治疗的ＤＭＥ患者４６例（８６眼）的临床资料，比较治疗前后视力及水肿消退的情况。结果：４６例（８６眼）中对局限性水肿型、视力提高、不变、下降的情况分别是１４眼（３７％），２４眼（６３％），０眼。弥漫性水肿型视力提高、不变、下降的情况为７眼（１５％），３５眼（７３％），６眼（１２％）。ＤＭＥ消退情况：前者消退１１眼（２９％），好转２６眼（６８％），无效或加重１眼（３％）；后者消退６眼（１２％），好转２２眼（４６％），无效或加重２０眼（４２％）。结论：５３２ｎｍ激光治疗ＤＭＥ有效，且光凝对局限性水肿的治疗效果好于弥漫性水肿型。AIM: To evaluate the effect of photocoagulation with 532nm frequency-doubled laser on treating diabetic macular edema (DME).· METHODS: The clinical data of 46 cases (86 eyes) who had been diagnosed as DME and treated by 532nm frequency-doubled laser were retrospectively analysed. The difference of visual improvement, resolution of macular edema between before and after laser treatment were compared.· RESULTS: Among the 46 cases (86 eyes), for those of focal DME, the postoperative visual improved in 14 eyes (37%), remained unchanged in 24 eyes (63%) and worsened in 0 eye respectively; For those of diffuse DME, the postoperative visual improved in 7 eyes (15%), remained unchanged in 35 eyes (73%), and worsened in 6 eyes (12%) respectively.· CONCLUSION: The 532nm frequency-doubled laser treatment might promote or accelerate visual acuity recovery and reduce the macular edema. The effect of photocoagulation on focal DME is better than on diffuse DME.·
