摘　　要：目的观察巩膜花瓣状成形,美国IOI珊瑚羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后的疗效。方法观按察分析23例行眼内容物剜除术后接受珊瑚羟基磷灰石义眼座眶内植入手术患者的效果和并发症。结果23例患者均未发生眼座暴露、移位、义眼固定及感染。结论巩膜花瓣状成形IOI义眼座植入术是治疗眼球内容物剜除术后眼窝塌陷、上睑凹陷畸形的理想方法。AIM: To observe the effect of scleroplasty of petal shape and intraorbital implantation of American IOI hydroxyapatite (HA).· METHODS: A total of 23 patients who had undergone HA intraorbital implantation after enucleation were observed and complications were analyzed.· RESULTS: No exposure of HA implants, removal of HA sphere or infection were found in any cases.· CONCLUSION: Scleroplasty of petal shape and intraorbital implantation of HA is an ideal method for correction and prevention of anophthalmos after enucleation.·
