摘　　要：目的　探讨彩超对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法　对 5 5例经腹彩超诊断为结肠癌并有手术病理结果证实的病例进行回顾性分析。结果　根据二维超声图像资料对 5 5例结肠癌进行Dukes分期 ,得出CDFI、PW在Dukes分期中的变化。Objective To discuss the clinical value of Colored Doppler in the diagnosis of cancer of colon.Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 55 cases with cancer of colon diagnosed by transabdominal Colored Doppler and pathologically proved by operation.Results With the 2D ultrasound images,the severity of the 55 cases was decided according to Dukes Index and changes of CDFI and PW were found.Conclusion Colored Doppler is of great clinical significance in the diagnosis of cancer of colon.
