摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法和气相色谱—质谱—计算机联用法对高原香薷的挥发性成分进行了分析和鉴定。分离出70个峰,确认了其中的63种化合物,其体积分数占全油的98.38%,其主要化学成分为2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)-环己烯(41.14%),Ω-石竹烯(17.90%),D-柠檬烯(12.86%),7,11-二甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯(4.70%),6,6-二甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚烷(1.28%);O-薄荷-8-烯(1.36%)。报道了高原香薷挥发性成分,为进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。The essential oil from Elsholtzia feddei robusta is analyzed and the chemical compounds were extracted by steam-stilling and analyzed by capillary GC-MS method. By capillary chromatogroaphy, more than 70 peaks were isolated and 63 compounds were identified, the identification rate being 98.38%. The relative percentages of the constituents were determined by GC method and the main chemical components of the oil were cyclohexen-1-one, 2-methyl-5-(1-methyl)-(41.14%), α-Caryophyllene(17.90%), D-Limonene (12.86%), 1, 6, 10-Dodecatriene, 7, 11-dimethyl-(4.70%), Bicyclo[3.1.1] heptane, 6, 6-dimethyl-(1.28%), O-Menth-8-ene(1.36%). The results here provided scientific proof for the further development of Elsholtzia feddei robusta.
