胸大肌肌瓣填充创腔在乳癌保乳根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨应用胸大肌肌瓣填充创腔在减少乳癌保乳根治术后并发症、改善乳房外形方面的效果。方法　将 6 1例早期乳癌患者随机分成两组 ,对照组 31例 ,行保乳根治术 ;治疗组 30例 ,在行保乳根治术的基础上加胸大肌肌瓣填充创腔。观察两组在创腔积液及术后病乳外形方面的差异。结果　治疗组创腔积液明显减少 ,病人的病乳形态好 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　乳癌保乳根治术中应用胸大肌肌瓣填充创腔能减少创腔积液 ,改善乳房外形。Objective To explore the effects of filling traumatic cavities with the flaps of greater pectoral musles on the reduction of complications and the improvement of breast contours in protective and radical operation of mastocarcinoma.Methods 61 cases of early mastocarcinoma were randomly divided into the contrast group of 31 cases treated with the routine protective radical operation of mastocarcinoma,and the treatment group of 30 cases treated with the traumatic cavity filling with flaps of greater pectoral musles as well as the routine approach.The contrast analyses were made between the two groups according to the treatment of hydrops in the traumatic cavities and the improvement in the contours of breasts.Results Significant differences (P<0.01) were discovered between the two groups in terms of the reduction of hydrops and the improved contours of breasts.Conclusion Filling traumatic cavity with flaps of greater pectoral musles in the protective and radical operation of mastocarcinoma can effectively reduce hydrops in traumatic cavities and improve the contours of breasts.
