摘　　要：分析了我国汽车工业的发展及其维修行业的形势,阐述了培养汽车维修技术人员的必要性,培养汽车维修方面“双能”型职教师资的模式和措施以及取得的初步成果。The paper analyzes the development of automobile industry and the current situation of its maintenance industry, expounds the necessity of the training of automobile maintenance technical staff, and reveals the model and the measure as well as the preliminary achievement of the cultivation of 'double competence' staff in automobile maintenance.
