摘　　要：随着新的刑事诉讼法的实施,辩护在刑事诉讼中将起着越来越重要的作用。为了使家庭贫困的刑事被告人在刑事诉讼中能够得到平等、公正的对待,获得充分的辩护,应该采取多种渠道的法律援助形式,来满足贫困的刑事被告人的需要,特别是可能被判处监禁刑的刑事被告人的需要,以实现刑事司法之公正。With the implementation of the new code of criminal procedure, defence will increasingly play important roles in criminal procedure. In order to guarantee the fair and just treatment and the right to full defence in criminal procedure for the accused from poverty families, various kinds of legal aid should be adopted to meet their needs. This is especially important for the accused who are likely to be taken into custody.
