工作团队模式在系级管理中应用的思考

摘　　要：工作团队模式是目前世界上被各种组织广泛采用的一种新型管理方式 ,它通过其成员的共同努力产生积极协同作用 ,成员努力的结果使团队的绩效水平远大于个体成员绩效的总和。在高校的系级管理中采用团队模式 ,有利于管理层次扁平化 ,能使各层面人员沟通方便、信息反馈及时、管理民主化 ,使系内凝聚力增强 ,极大程度调动员工工作积极性 。At present, Teamwork model is a new management mode worldwide adopted by various organizations. It may have active and cooperative effects through the member's efforts, which make a team's performance far more than sum of each member's performance. It is good for department administration in college to adopt teamwork model, which flats administration level, making personnel of every level easy to communicate so that the information can be fed back in time. To apply teamwork may also democratize the administration, enhance the cohesive force in department, motivating personnel's working enthusiasm to an extreme extent, and improve the service quality of education administration and students' satisfaction.
