摘　　要：高校班主任是学生班集体的导师,是大学生最直接的教育者、管理者和服务者,对学生的思想、学习、生活以及进步成长等各方面都起着重要的影响和作用。本文从理论和实践的两个层面,谈谈高校班主任如何做好有德、有法、有术的问题。Class supervisors in universities a re tutors for the whole class.They are t he people who live with the students most directly and h ave a significant influ ence upon the development of their students in every respect.They are e ducator s,administrators,and their job is just for the stu-dents.This article talks about how t o be a qualified class supervisor in u niversities from both theoret ical and practical aspect.
