摘　　要：通过建立机体在化疗过程中肿瘤增殖的动力学模型,揭示了药物的剂量、患者的体质及肿瘤细胞的恶性程度三者之间的函数关系,提出了化疗效果的两个阈值硬化疗药最的上限值,可为临床拟订最佳施药方案及治疗效果评价提供理论依据。The mathematical model of turnout growth in medication described here shows the functional rela- tions between medicinal dosage,patient's constitution and malign degree of tumour.Put forward are two effective demarcations of medication and upper limit of medicinal dosage.The approach is of some value for drafting a best medication's plan and supplied a new theroretical bases for passing judgment on therapeutic effect.
