镉诱导扁藻(Platymonas cardi formis)类金属硫蛋白的初步研究

摘　　要：以CdCl2 作为诱导剂 ,用不同浓度的CdCl2 对扁藻进行诱导培养 ,随着CdCl2 浓度的升高 ,扁藻的生长率逐渐降低 ,扁藻不能耐受 1mmol/L以上的CdCl2 .对MTL提取液进行紫外吸收、原子吸收等测定 ,结果表明扁藻类金属硫蛋白的合成随着CdCl2 浓度的升高而增大 ,至 0 .2 5mmol/L达到最大值 ,每克湿藻能获得 1.98mgMTL 。When Playmonas cardiformis is exposed to different concentrations of CdCl 2, its growth rate decreases gradually with the increase of concentration of CdCl 2. More than 1 mmol/L CdCl 2 can lead to the death of Playmonas cardiformis . But the production of MTL increases with the increase of concentration of CdCl 2 and reaches its maximum 1.98 mg per gram wet weight when the concentration of CdCl 2 is 0.25 mmol/L by ultraviolet absorbance spectra and AAS determination. The effect of induction is remarkable.
