摘　　要：对国内外管道信息系统现状和发展趋势进行了分析,根据国内外石油公司对天然气管道及其信息化建设的成功经验,结合中国石油天然气管道行业的实际情况,研究并制定了天然气管道及信息系统建设方案。建议在我国可利用信息化技术整合管道业务管理模式, 建立统一的天然气管道管理信息平台,实现管道业务管理信息的综合性、准确性和实时性,降低建设与运行成本,提高整体管理水平。The development tendency of pipeline information technology (IT)in the world is analyzed. By introducing the successful experiences of domestic and overseas petroleum companies in pipeline IT system and combining actual need of PetroChina pipeline construction,a project for constructing gas pipeline and the corresponding IT system is proposed. It is suggested that the pipeline business management model integrated by information technology can be used to develop an uniform information management platform to realize the integrative,accurate and efficient pipeline management and to lower the setup and operation cost and to enhance the comprehensive management level.
