摘　　要：为满足新工艺非常规碳氮复合渗热处理的需要,在气体渗碳炉的基础上增添多项新技术,实现了供气流量稳定、炉压稳定、供液滴量稳定,并使工艺稳定及一炉多用.这种原有热处理炉的技术改造后,赋予了老设备的新活力,符合我国国情和我国热处理发展方向及政策.Lots of technology is proposed in the basis of gascar-bonnizer in order to meet with the unusual carbonittriding. In this way,the stability of gas flow,the stability of the pressure in the furnace,the stability of the manipulationn and the multipurpose work of one furnace are realized. After the technique renewal,the old furace is given new life. It meets the requirements of developling the heat-treatment of our country.
