面部软硬组织矢状关系Wits值分析方法的相关研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨面部软硬组织Wits值分析方法在评价上下颌骨矢状关系中的相关性。方法 :选用 6 0例成人正常头颅侧位片 ,其中男性 30人 ,女性 30人。采用相同的测量平面 平面 ,分别测量硬组织、软组织Wits值 ,用SPSS软件包对两者间的相关性进行统计分析。结果 :①硬组织Wits值与软组织Wits值具有高度相关性 ,相关系数 0 74 6。②硬组织Wits值与软组织Wits值均无性别差异。③软组织Wits法的正常值为 0 4 5 5± 2 6 5 6。结论 :临床可考虑用软组织A、B点替代硬组织A。Objective:To study the corelation between soft tissue and hard tissue Wits appraisal in evaluation of facial sagittal relationship.Methods:Sixty lateral head films were taken from adults with normal occlusion(30 male,30 female).Computerized digitizing system was used to measure hard tissue Wits and soft tissue Wits on the same cephalometric plane-occlusal plane.The correlation analysis among these measures was done by SPSS statistical package.Results:①The value of soft tissue Wits had higher correlation with the value of hard tissue Wits.The corelation was 0 746( P <0 001)②There was no significant difference in soft and hard tissue Wits between male and female.③The standard value of soft tissue Wits was 0 455±2 656.Conclusion:The soft tissue A、B point could substitute for the hard tissue A、B point in evaluation of facial sagittal relationship.
