摘  要:[目的 ]为了探讨洗涤剂对肝脏内不同抗氧化酶以及解毒系统Ⅰ阶段重要的酶 7 乙氧基 3 异吩恶唑酮 脱乙基酶 (EROD)的影响。 [方法 ] 4周龄的小鼠饮用不同浓度的餐具洗洁精染毒 ,测定其肝脏谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)和EROD。 [结果 ]≥ 3 1mg/L各浓度组的GR活力在染毒第 4天和第 8天时显著低于对照组 ;GSH Px活性在第 4天时高于对照组 ,而第 8天未见明显影响 ;EROD活力在染毒第 8天时显著低于对照组。上述各指标在第 12天时均未见改变。 [结论 ]在染毒 8d内 。Objective To study effects of domestic detergent on different anti-oxidant enzymes and ethoxyresorufin-o-deethylase(EROD),an enzyme of Ⅰ stage detoxification enzyme in the mouse liver.[Methods] Ethoxyresorufin-o-deethylase(EROD),glutathione reductase(GR) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities in the liver of 4-week mouse dosed with domestic detergent were detected. [Results] GR activities of the mice dosed with detergent at the concentration higher than 31 mg/L on d 4 and d 8 were significantly lower than that of the control;GSH-Px activities of mice in all exposure groups on d 4 were significantly higher than that of the control,but it didn't change obviously at d 8; EROD activities of the mice dosed with 31 mg/L detergent were significantly lower than that of the control.All enzymes had not changed on d 12. [Conclusion] There are effects on anti-oxidation enzymes and detoxification enzymes by exposing mouse to domestic detergent and it occurred during 8 d.
