摘　　要：目的　探讨谷胱甘肽 S转移酶л (GST-л)在脑原发性胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义 ,以进一步深入研究原发性脑胶质瘤多药耐药 (MDR)的机制。方法　利用免疫组化技术 S- P法检测 10 1例原发性脑胶质瘤及 2 5例正常脑组织中 GST-л的表达。结果　 GST-л在正常脑组织中没有表达 ;原发性脑胶质瘤中 GST-л的表达率为6 4 .3% (6 5 / 10 1) ,阳性表达位于肿瘤细胞浆 ;GST- л在原发性脑胶质瘤中的表达强度与病理分级呈正相关。结论　GST- л在原发性脑胶质瘤中的不同表达与胶质瘤 MDR的产生密切相关 ,检测胶质瘤细胞 GST- л的表达可预示不同的化疗敏感性及肿瘤恶性度 ,有利于指导临床更加合理地选择化疗方案及进行个体化化疗。Objective To analyze the expression of glutathione S-transferase л(GST-л)in primary gliomas and normal brain tissues in order to explore the clinical significance and to study deeply the mechanism of multidrug resistance(MDR) in gliomas.Mothods 101 cases of paraffin-embedded primary glioma tissue sections and 25 cases of paraffin-embedded normal brain tissue sections were analyzed for the presence of GST-л by means of immunohistochemistry.Results There were no expression of GST-л in normal brain tissues.The expression of GST-л in primary gliomas was 64.3%(65/101),and the positive staining located in tumour cell plasma.The expressions of GST-л between low grade(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)gliomas and high grade(Ⅲ-Ⅳ)gliomas were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Our research suggested that the patients with low-level expression of GST-л are the best indication of chemotherapy.Electing different drugs according to different-level expression of GST-л should be the key to improve the efficiency of chemotherapy.
