摘 要:本实验旨在通过建立兔的去卵巢骨质疏松模型,观察羟基磷灰石涂层植入体在此类异常骨床中的生物学特性。选用健康雌性家兔,随机分为A、B两组,B组在行植入体术前4周切除双侧卵巢,A组模拟切除双侧卵巢。烧结的HA涂层钛金属植入体及单纯钛金属植入体被分别植入动物骨胶远端,植入体周骨床被划分为四区,远、中、近1/3段分别为1、2、3区,近1/3段游离端为4区。B组动物在去卵巢后8周,雌二醇下降为术前的23.3%,股骨远端的骨密度在去卵巢术后4周较对照组低6.5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A、B两组中均以2、4区为骨密度高值区,HA涂层能促进植入体周的骨形成,骨组织内生在4~8周达高峰,8周后有再吸收趋势,HA涂层能明显促进植入体的生物固定强度,去卵巢引起的低骨床对植入体生物固定强度有削弱的趋势。Abstract: In the model of postmenopausal osteoporosis of rabbits induced by ovariectomy,the biological profile of HA-coated implants and Ti implants was investigated. The animals were divided into group A and group B. The group B had been ovariectomied before 4 weeks,and the group A was used as control. The two types of implants,the cylindrical sintering HA-coated Ti implants and Ti implants were 3 mm in diameter with overall length of 30 mm,were inserted into the distal femurs of all rabbits,one femur receiving a HA-coated implant and the other one with a Ti implant serving as a control. The implant was divided into three sections. The distal section was located in cancellous bone bed and fixed by press-fit.The middle in tinea epiphysis surrounded by 0-2mm gap,and the proximal surrounded by bone marrow tissue. The bone bed of the implant was also divided into three zones,zone 1,zone 2,and zone 3 from the distal to proximal. Another interested zone 4 was located in the top of proximal implant. Bone mineral density in every zone was analyzed by DPX-L densitometer. After follow-up periods of four,eight,twelve weeks,the rabbits were sacrificed. The femurs were used for histologic examination,mechanical push-out testing and radiography. The estrogen in group B was significantly lower by 76. 7%than that of pre-ovariectomy. The lumbar spine (L2-L4) bone mineral density in group B declined at a rate of 6. 3% for the first 4 weeks of observation as compared with the group A and by 3. 0% for the second 4 weeks,In the distal femurs,the BMD declined at a rate of 6. 5 % for the first 4 weeks. The bone loss in the bed of implants varied with zones. The BMD in zone 4 and zone 2 increased markedly for the period of 4-8 week follow-up. and decreased after the 8 week follow-up. The HA coating increased BMD. The implant-bone interface shear strength of the HA-coated implants in group B is 6. 5 times than that of Ti implants. and 7. 5 times in group A (P<0. 05),although the differences in shear strength values between group A an
