灵芝孢子粉抗辐射功能的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究灵芝孢子粉的抗辐射功能。方法　以 0 2 5、0 5 0、1 5 0g kgBW 的灵芝孢子粉混悬液连续灌胃小鼠 6 0d ,在第 30天以 8 2Gy60 Coγ -射线照射小鼠 ,观察小鼠的白细胞总数、30d存活率、平均存活时间。结果　灵芝孢子粉能使辐照后小鼠 30d存活率明显增高 ,平均存活时间延长 ,白细胞总数明显增加。结论　灵芝孢子粉具有抗辐射损伤的作用。In order to assess the radioprotective effect of Ganoderma lucidum, 96 mice were divided into four groups and given different doses (0,0 25, 0 50, 1 50 g/kg BW) of Ganoderma lucidum powder as emulsion by gavage for 60 days. On the 30th day, each animal was irradiated once with 8 2 Gy 60 Co γ-ray. By the 60th day, the survival rates, the average survival time and the average white blood cell counts of the 4 groups were observed and compared. It was found that, the three parameters were all much higher in the Ganoderma lucidum treated groups than in the control group, suggesting significant protective effect of Ganoderma lucidum against radiation.
