摘 要:目的 考察铸钛腭杆、卡环和全冠自动研磨前后的精度变化。方法 利用测量显微镜对不同铸钛义齿部件自动研磨前后与基牙的相对位置变化和形态进行测量和观察。结果 卡环尖端的磨损量最大 (0 .110mm) ,腭杆组织面转角处的磨损量最小 (0 .0 16mm、0 .0 0 7mm) ,铸造全冠边缘平均磨损量 (3个冠各测量点研磨前后差值的均值的平均值 )为 0 .0 5 5mm ,研磨后卡环和腭杆的形态和位置并无大的变化 ,而铸造全冠边缘明显变圆钝。结论 尽管自动研磨对铸钛义齿部件的精度无明显影响 。Objective To investigate the dimensional changes of casting pure titanium palatal bar,clasp and crown seated on the abutment before and after automatic grinding.Methods The relative changes of dimension and form in different titanium casting denture parts were measured and observed by using microscope.Results The greatest change was occurred at the tip of clasp( 0.110mm).The amount of abrasion at the corner of palatal bar was the least( 0.016mm、 0.007mm).The average value of change on crown marginal gaps was 0.055mm.Although there were not significant changes occurred on the dimension and form of clasps and palatal bars after grinding,the angle of the crown margin was obviously rounded.Conclusion The automatic grinding does not affect the dimensions of the titanium casting dinture parts.However,it is necessary to protect the margin of the crown.
