丹奥治疗急性脑梗死80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察丹奥治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 急性脑梗死病人共158例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗 组应用丹奥注射液,对照组应用丹参注射液,其余两组治疗相同,疗程2周。结果 治疗组总有效率94％,对照组82％(P< 0.05)。治疗组与对照组前后血小板聚集率均有明显改善,以丹奥组更明显(P<0.01)。结论 丹奥治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。Objective To observe the curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel .Methods We selected 158 confirmed cases of acute cerebral infarction .The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group, there were 78 cases who were treated with dextran 20 (Rhentran) 250ml plus red sage root injection 20ml ivgtt qd x 14d; the trail group, there were 80 cases who were treated with dextran 20 (Rhentran) 250ml plus ozagrel 40mg ivgtt qd×14d . We judged the clinical nervous function and defedct degree before and after 14d treatment according to the nervous defect standard (NDS) and platelet aggregation rate (PAgT) to analyse the curative effect.Results General effective rate of the trial group is 94%, the control group is 82% (P < 0.05) . There was an apparent different in PAgT between the trial group and the control group (P < 0.01) .Conclusion The sodium ozagrel is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
