通心络、西比灵治疗偏头痛298例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨通心络、西比灵对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法 :对门诊经颅多普勒 (TCD)检查 ,临床诊断的298例偏头痛病人 ,应用通心络、西比灵治疗 ,在头痛症状消失后1周停药 ,复查TCD ,停药后3个月进行随访 ,观察其治疗效果。结果 :298例偏头痛病人经服药治疗到头痛症状消失后1周停药 ,复查TCD恢复正常227例 (96 1 % ) ,明显好转71例 (23 83 % )。结论 :应用通心络、西比灵治疗偏头痛有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate flunarizine hydrochloride's and tongxinluo,s effects of treat hemicrania.Methods:298hemicrania cases diagnosed clinically and examined by transcranial doppler system(TCD)were evaluated.Apply flunarizine hydrochloride and tongxinluo to the patients and not cease to use the medicine until one week after their hemicrania elieve,then study the curative effects by the examination results by TCD,and continue to observe the curative effects for three months.Results:227cases of these patients(96.1percent)recovered to normal,while71cases(23.83percent)improved obviously.Conclusion:Funarzine hydrochloride and tongxinluo have excellen curative effects to treat hermiˉcrania,the total effectiveness adding up to98.32percent.
