大鼠脾气虚胃溃疡证病结合模型肠系膜淋巴结表达IL-2的初步研究

摘　　要：为了探讨脾气虚胃溃疡证病结合模型大鼠细胞免疫功能的变化 ,用免疫组织化学、激光共聚焦显微镜 ,观察了肠系膜淋巴结免疫细胞分泌白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )的活性变化。结果表明 ,与盐水组比较 ,溃疡组 4d和 1 4dIL 2分泌增多 ;与溃疡组比较 ,脾虚组、脾虚胃溃疡组IL 2分泌减少。提示 :脾气虚合并胃溃疡发展到一定阶段 。The objective was to explore the functional changes of cellular immunity during experimental spleen-deficiency syndrome combined with gastric ulcer. Using immunohistochemistry, laser con-focal microscopy to examine the activity of IL-2 secreted by immunocytes in mesenteric lymph node. The results showed that the level of IL-2 were all higher in 4 d and 14 d in gastric ulcer group, but decreased during in spleen-deficiency group and group with spleen-deficiency and gastric ulcer. It indicates that the function of cellular immunity of the body will decrease when spleen-deficiency and spleen-deficiency combined with gastric ulcer syndrome developed to some degree.
