摘  要:本文采用均相沉积法在陶瓷表面制得均匀透明的多孔纳米TiO2膜材料。对该半导体微粒膜的光催化原理、膜表面活性氧类的形成机理、TiO2微粒催化杀菌机理进行探讨;用GB15979-1995的方法对该膜材料的杀菌性能进行测试,表明材料杀菌范围广、速度快、杀菌率高,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌在30min内的杀菌率均达到90.00%以上;对乙肝病毒在20min内的杀灭率达到43.43%。The nanocrystalline TiO2 film,which was even,transparent and porous,was prepared through homogenous precipitation methods on the surface of ceramics.The photocatalytic mechanism,reactive oxygen species forming mechanism, and TiO2 particle bactericidal mechanism of this semiconductive nanocrystalline film were investigated.The bactericidal capability of the film was examined with the methods of GB15979-1995.The results showed that the film had the wide sterilizing range,high sterilizing speed and sterilizing efficiency.Its antibacterial rates was excess of 90.00%. The killing rate to HBV in 20min reached 43.43% .
