肌肤生碘伏盖髓的动物实验和临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肌肤生碘伏盖髓的效果。方法采用新型的生物材料肌肤生和碘伏直接在动物牙齿上盖髓,对照组使用氢氧化钙。术后4、12周拔取牙齿做组织学观察。临床应用采用病例(50例)观察对照研究方法。结果组织学显示,用肌肤生碘伏盖髓牙本质细胞成熟较对照组快,形成牙本质桥较厚,临床疗效好。结论肌肤生碘伏盖髓能促进牙本质修复,在临床盖髓中不失为理想的盖髓剂。Objective To evaluate the effect of dermglas-iodoful in vital pulp therapy. Methods Capping with dermglas-iodoful were performed in the teeth of dogs. The control group capped by calcium hydroxide. Later 4-12 weeks after operation- the dog were killed and their teeth were processed for histological evaluation. Dermglas-iodoful were used to cap the exposed pulp of teeth in fifty patients. Calcium hydroxide were used as control in another 50 patients. After 1-6-12-24 months- the success rate for pulp capping were assessed. Result Histological evaluation showed that the tested teeth and control teeth formed the reparative dentin brige in postoperation- but the thickniss of reparative dentin bridge in the dermglas-iodoful group was thicker than it in calcium hydroxide group. Clinical observation indicated that total effective rate of dermglas-iodoful group was 90% (P<0.05). Conclusion Capping with dermglas-iodoful can induce reparative dentin formation. It is a hopeful pulp capping agent for clinical application.
