血清CA_(125)、CEA、AFP联检对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨联检血清肿瘤标记物CA12 5、癌胚抗原 (CEA)、甲胎蛋白 (AFP)在诊断卵巢良、恶性肿瘤及判定其预后的意义。方法　采用化学发光免疫法检测 132例卵巢肿瘤患者 (良性 79例 ,恶性 5 3例 )手术前后血清CA12 5、CEA、AFP水平 ,同时随机检测 5 1例正常查体者血清CA12 5、CEA、AFP作为对照。结果　卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清CA12 5、CEA、AFP水平与良性肿瘤及对照组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;良性肿瘤与正常对照者之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术前与术后化疗 3个疗程后血清CA12 5、CEA、AFP比较 ,差异显著(P <0 0 1)。结论　联检肿瘤标记物CA12 5、CEA、AFP是鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤 ,早期诊断卵巢癌的有效方法之一。Objective To evaluate the combined assays of serum tumor markers: CA_(125)、CEA and AFP for differentiating ovary malignant neoplasm from benign ones and their prognosis.Methods The serum levels of CA_(125)、CEA and AFP in 132 patients with ovary neoplasm(including 79 cases of malignant and 53 cases of benign) and 51 normal human were examined by the method of chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results There was significant difference between the serum CA_(125)、CEA and AFP levels of malignant and benign ones(P<0.01), no significant difference between benign and normal ones (P>0.05) .Conclusions Combined assays of serum tumor markers CA_(125)、CEA and AFP is one of the effective methods for differentiating ovary malignant neoplasm from benign ones 、diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer in early term.
