摘 要:设计并自制了石英缝管装置,用以辅助火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的痕量铅。对铅的测量灵敏度较常规火焰原子吸收法提高了9倍以上,检出限低达0 02μg/mL。装置简单,方法简便,有效地降低了对测量灵敏度较低的组分的富集要求,提高了分析结果的可靠性。The concentration of trace lead in tea was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry equipped with a set of self-made slotted quartz tube. The sensitivity of this method was improved more than 9 times compared with ordinary flame atomic adsorption spectrometry, and the lower detection limit can reach to 0.02 μg/mL. It is rapid and convenient with a simple setting. The reliability of results obtained has been enhanced for no necessary of enriching desired constituent with low response sensitivity.
