摘  要:目的 探讨干扰素 (IFN)α防治肝纤维化作用机制。方法 雄性SD大鼠 5 4只分成A组 (正常对照组 ) 6只、B组 (模型对照组 ) 12只、C组 (IFNα预防组 ) 12只、D组 (IFNα治疗组 ) 12只和E组 (生理盐水对照组 ) 12只。分别于实验 6~ 12周末处死 ,取肝组织行病理组织学与电镜下同步观察。结果 B组大鼠肝内纤维组织广泛增生 ,假小叶形成 ,活化的肝星状细胞 (HSC)明显增多 ,C组和D组肝内纤维组织明显减轻 ,活化HSC数量减少 ,凋亡数目明显增多。Objective To investigate the effects of interferon(IFN) α on experimental of model hepatic fibrosis in rat induced by CCl 4. Methods Fifty four SD rats were divided into group A(normal controls, n =6), group B(fibrotic model controls, n =12), group C(IFNα prevention, n =12), group D(IFNα treatment, n =12) and group E(0.9% sodium chloride treatment controls, n =12). At the end of the sixth to eighth week, all rats were killed. Samples of liver were submitted to histological, morphometrical and electron microscope studies. Results The degree of fibrosis score in group B was significantly higher than that of the group C and D under light microscope( P <0.01) respectively. With IFNα for prevention and treatment in group C and D, the number of activated HSC decreased and the apoptosis of HSC could be seen in liver histological examination.Conclusions IFNα could inhibit HSC proliferation and induce its apoptosis, it may of value in the treatment of liver fibrosis.
