摘　　要：目的 探讨Caspase-3在血管瘤不同时期的表达状况及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中Caspase-3的表达水平,并结合Ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达Caspase-3的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织Caspase-3表达的平均吸光度和平均阳性面积。结果Caspase-3在上述3组中的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。退化期血管瘤内皮细胞Caspase-3表达水平高于增生期,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论Caspase-3通过执行细胞凋亡的功能参与血管瘤退化过程。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Caspase-3 in different stages of human hemangiomas. Methods The expression of Caspase-3 was detected in proliferating versus involuting human hemangioma tissues and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique. And by detecting with immunohistochemical technique for factor Ⅷ-related antigen the cells expressing Caspase-3 were proved to be endothelium. Also by using image analysis system the average optical density and the rate of masculine area of Caspase-3 were measured in hemangiomas at different stage and normal skin tissues. Results The expression of Caspase-3 in the three groups showed significant difference. The expression of Caspase-3 was significantly higher in involuting hemangiomas than in proliferating hemangiomas (P<0.01). Conclusion Caspase-3 participates in the regression of human dermal he-magniomas through its function of apoptosis.
