摘　　要：如何正确有效地进行企业信息化投资是目前许多企业在信息化中面临的首要问题,本文从管理和技术两方面对此问题进行了研究.The Majority of enterprises are facing the problem about how to invest on information system effectively at a relatively low cost. This article studies this problem from both the management and the technology aspects.
