摘 要:目的 研究茶多酚对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤内皮细胞的保护作用。方法 在大鼠左冠状动脉前降支结扎致心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型的基础上 ,观察茶多酚药物干预对损伤大鼠血浆中血管性血友病因子 (vWF)活性及脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。结果 茶多酚能明显降低血浆MDA含量、vWF活性及提高NO含量。结论 茶多酚对心肌缺血再灌注损伤内皮细胞有明显保护作用 。Objective To study the protective effects of tea polyphenols(TPs) on endothelial cells injury induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion. Methods Observe the change of contents of malondiadehyde(MDA)、nitric oxide(NO) and the activity of von willebrand factor(vWF) in plasma among myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models (IR)which performed via coronary artery left anterior descending(LAD) ligation and the change of them after tea polyphenols were intravenously injected. Results Compared with IR group,The level of MDA and vWF in plasma were significantly decreased in high and middle TPs groups (P<0.01) and the content of plasma NO was remarkably increased (P<0.01). Conclusion TPs has remarkable protective effects on endothelial cell injury induced by IR. Its mechanism may be related to scavenging oxygen free radicals,inhibiting lipid peroxidation,and increasing the content of NO.
