摘　　要：目的　探讨在多发性骨髓瘤骨髓活检塑料包埋切片血管内皮生长因子表达的检测方法。方法　在骨髓活检塑料包埋切片中 ,用免疫组化定位检测血管内皮生长因子在多发性骨髓瘤骨髓组织的表达情况和微血管密度。结果　在多发性骨髓瘤骨髓活检塑料包埋切片中血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度表达明显增高。结论　本研究方法对初诊的多发性骨髓瘤骨髓活检塑料包埋切片检测血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度表达有较好的敏感性。Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD)by using plastic section in multiple myeloma (MM) patient. Methods The expression of VEGF and MVD were detected in the plastic section of needle biopsy of MM marrow by first visit of immunohistochemical SP technique. Results The expression of VEGF and MVD increased obviously in the plastic section of needle biopsy of MM marrow. Conclusion This is a sensitive method of evaluating VEGF and MVD in plastic section to early diagnosis of MM.
