摘  要:背景:扶芳藤和银杏叶都有扩张血管等多种药理活性作用,对脑缺血急性损伤期脑组织中自由基是否有抑制作用?而这种作用将为神经保护药的研究提供依据。目的:研究扶芳藤和银杏叶对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的抗氧化作用。设计:完全随机设计,对照实验研究。地点和材料:广西中医学院实验动物中心提供Wistar雄性大鼠,体质量200~250g,广西中医学院制药厂提供干燥扶芳藤茎叶和银杏叶,2001-01/08在广西中医学院进行实验。干预:实验设计者为第四、二作者。大鼠随机分为4组,第1、2组均不给药。第3组按扶芳藤40g/(kg·d),第4组按扶芳藤40g/(kg·d)和银杏叶30g/(kg·d),分别将药材水煎2次、合并药液浓缩至2×103g/L,拌入颗粒饲料喂食10d。各组大鼠均自由饮水进食。麻醉大鼠,定位后切口暴露动脉,电凝阻断椎动脉;结扎颈总动脉,15min后松开颈总动脉,造成脑完全缺血再灌注损伤模型;3h后断头取脑备用。假手术组只切开暴露,不阻断,不结扎。主要观察指标:制备脑组织匀浆,用邻苯三酚法测定超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)的活性,用硫代巴比妥酸(2-Thiobarbituricacid)法测定丙二醛的含量。结果:与对照组比较,喂食扶芳藤的大鼠SOD活力提高22.4%,丙二醛含量降低47.9%,喂食扶芳藤和银杏叶的大鼠SOD活力提高26.4%,丙二醛含?BACKGROUND: Both fufangteng and Folium Ginkgo have multiple pharmacological functions including dilating vessels.Are they able to inhibit the radicals of cerebral tissues in the acute stage of ischemia?This inhibition will provide evidence for the study of medicines protecting the cerebral nerves. OBJECTIVE: To study the anti oxidation of fufangteng and Folium Ginkgo for the injury due to the cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. DESIGN:Totally randomized, with the control group. SETTING and MATERIALS:Forty Wistar rats, weighing 200 g to 250 g each,and dried fufangteng and Folium Ginkgo were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Guangxi Taditional Chinese Medical University.The experiment was done in the laboratory of the same college from January to August in 2001. INTERVENTIONS:The second and fourth authors of this article were the designers of the experiment.The rats were randomized into 4 groups.The first and second groups were not given medicines.The third group was given fufangteng 40 g/kg per day.The fourth group was given fufangteng 40 g/ kg per day and Folium Ginkgo 30 g/ kg per day.Each of the two medicines was decocted twice, the decoctions were mixed and concentrated to 2×103 g/L,then mixed with the granular feed,with which the rats were fed for 10 days. All the rats were allowed to drink and eat freely.The rats were anesthetized, fixed and incised,the arteries were exposed,and the vertebral artery was obstructed with electric coagulation.The common carotid artery was ligated for 15 minutes and then unligated to model a total cerebral ischemia reperfusion.After 3 hours,the head was cut and the brain tissues were took out for use.The sham operation group was only incised to expose the vessels,but without obstruction and ligation. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The homogenate of brain tissues was prepared. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was measured with pyrogallic acid and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) with 2 Thiobarbituric acid. RESULTS: As compared with the control group,t
