S－100阳性树突状细胞对大肠癌预后的影响

摘　　要：用抗Ｓ－１００蛋白抗体的ＡＢＣ免疫酶标法对８１例大肠癌组织内Ｓ－１００阳性树突状细胞（ＤＣ）进行定量观察，并与临床病理资料及随访结果对比分析。揭示Ｓ－１００阳性ＤＣ是一种参与机体抗肿瘤免疫的细胞。肠癌中Ｓ－１００阳性ＤＣ浸润密度可反映机体局部抗肿瘤免疫在肿瘤演进的某一时期中所发挥的作用。endritic cells(DC)in 81 samples from colorectal carcinoma tissues were investigated im-munohistochemically,using anti-S-100 protein anatibody and analysed in relation to the pathologicdata and follow-up resuIts. S-100- positive DCs are suggested to participate in an antineoplasticimmunologic process in the body. It is thought that in-filtration of S-100-positive DCs into the tu-mor may play a role in host defence mecahnism against carcinogenesis in a certain phase of tumordevelopement.
