摘　　要：[目的]　检测评价初乳对促进生长发育、增智和免疫调节的生物功能。[方法]　按“保健食品功能学评价检测程序和检验方法”检测。[结果]　服用初乳的实验小鼠,其生长发育情况,增智试验中水迷宫、避暗、自由活动箱试验,免疫试验中PMN细胞吞噬活性和胸腺体比,各项观察指标均优于对照组。[结论]　初乳具有促进生长发育、改善记忆、免疫调节等保健功能。Objective] To detect the biologic function of colostrum on growth development,intelligence-enhancing and immuno-regulation. [Method] Tests were done in accordance with the “Procedures & Methods for Function Assessment on Health Food” issued by the Ministry of Health. [Results] The growth development test index,intelligence test index,immunology test index of colostrum group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Colostrum has certain effect of growth-promoting,intelligence -enhancing and immuno-adjusting.
