摘　　要：胃恶性淋巴瘤的X线表现不易与胃癌鉴别.总结6例经手术病理证实为原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤的X线诊断过程,根据胃壁的韧性,胃粘膜改变,多发性广泛的充盈缺损以及伴单发或多发性溃疡等X线征象,结合临床资料,可提高对胃恶性淋巴瘤的诊断率.It's difficult to distinguish the radiologic signs of malignant lymphoma from carcinoma on stomach.This article sums up the processes of roentgen diagnoses of 6 cases of primary malignant lymphomas of stomoch confirmed by the surgeries and pathologies.Accoding to the radiologic signs ofthe tenacity of the stomach wall, the change of gastric mucosa multiply and extensive and solitary or multiply ulcer,and together with the clinical information,we can increase the diagnostic rate.
