Ten years dynamic monitoring of blind person in Changning district

摘　　要：目的研究本地区的盲目发病情况，为更好开展防盲治盲工作提供科学依据。方法以街道、居委会、户口为准，对健眼视力低于０．０５的居民进行摸盲定盲工作；逐步对７０岁以上老年人建立眼健康保健卡。结果经过１０年努力，三级防治网络的建立，本地区现盲率由３．１‰降至１．３４‰；手术复明率达盲人数３１．３％，提前达到了２０００年预定目标。结论在积极开展白内障复明手术同时，应加强眼保健的科普宣教及７０岁以上老年人眼保健工作。Objective Through an analysis of the incidence of blindness in this district to provide scientific evidence for the task of blindness prevention and treatment. Methods A check and identification of blindness had been carried out among the residents with an eyesight below 0.05 according to neighborhood and household, the eyes care card system had been gradually established for old people over 70 years of age. Results After 10 years' efforts, the three - level prevention and treatment network has been established, and the current blindness ratio has decreased from 3.1 to 1.34, the recovery ratio after operation reaches 31.3%,which fulfills the target of the year 2000 in advance. Conclusions While actively carrying out cataract operation, we shall strengthen the popularization of scientific knowledge and eyes care for old people over 70 years of age.
