高压上浆工艺推广应用中有关问题的探讨

摘　　要：针对当前全面深入推广“两高一低”浆纱工艺过程中存在的问题,提出了解决办法,建议浆料生产厂应提高变性淀粉的变性深度和质量,杜绝丙烯酸类浆料的掺杂使假现象,浆料厂向纺织厂供应丙烯酸类浆料时应提供红外光谱图;在设备改造方面,建议有条件的纺织厂应配备高压浆力双浆槽浆纱机,同时介绍了改造G142系列浆纱机的成功经验。指出浆膜性能不能代表浆料质量的优劣,应综合考虑浆纱工艺、上浆效果、织造效果及布面质量等一系列指标才能确定浆料的上浆性能。Resolution ways of problems of completely & deeply popularizing hi pressure sizing technology are put forward. The sizing agent manufacturers should improve modification depth and quality of modification starch, forbid the acrylic size practicing untrue. These manufacturers should provide acrylic size with its infrared spectrogram. In equipment reformation, the textile mills are suggested to equip hi pressure double size boxes sizing machine, meanwhile, the successful experience of G142 series sizing machine reformation shows: sizing performance should be considered syntheticly by sizing technology, sizing effect, weaving effect, face quality and so on series index, it can not be evaluated by sizing film performance. \ \
