摘　　要：目的介绍新型多媒体免疫荧光专家系统的设计与临床应用前景。方法着重介绍了此系统采用了三项高新技术 ,在Windows2000基础上开发出的新型设备 ,介绍了运行此系统必须具备的硬件配置与支持系统的运行环境。通过本系统的设计 ,实现了下列功能 :病人信息的录入与管理 ;实时采集检测图像并选择提供标准图片 ,辅助诊断 ;可对选定目标 ,进行定量分析 ;保存文件 ,打印报告 ,信息传输 ,提供诊疗咨询系统与相关站点连接。结果运用本系统可对感染性疾病、遗传性疾病、肿瘤基因进行检测 ,可对病理切片结果进行观察分析 ,也可对特殊染色检查、生物芯片检测结果进行扫描定量分析。检测的范围扩大,检测的灵敏度、特异性显著提高。结论新型多媒体免疫荧光专家系统具有广阔的临床应用前景。Aim To introduce development and clinical application of new type immuno-fluorescence specialist system.Methods The new type system was developed based on three high-techniques and windows2000hardware and running environment of supporting system were introduced.Through designing of the system,these functions were obtained as follows recording and management of patients'information,imagine real-time collecting and selecting of standard pictures,quantity analysis of elected targets,saving data,print-out of reports,information transmission,diagnosis-treatment consultation system and links associated with some web sites.Results Using the new type system,infective diseases,hereditary diseases and oncogenes associated with cancer were examined.Pathological slips and special stained results of electrophoresis as well as hybridization results of biochip were quantitatively analyzed.Examination scope was enlarged,sensitivity and speciality of examination results were enhanced.Conclusion New type immuno-fluoresˉcence specialist system owns wider prospect of clinical Application.
