摘　　要：[目的]研究血清核苷二磷酸激酶A(NDPK-A)含量与白血病的相关性,探讨血清NDPK-A含量检测对于白血病早期诊断和疗效判断意义。[方法]应用重组人NDPK-A及相应抗体建立双抗体夹心ELISA测定NDPK-A含量方法,应用此方法测定正常人和血液病患者血清NDPK-A含量。[结果]20例正常人血清NDPK-A含量为3.89±0.39μg/L,16例白血病患者血清NDPK-A含量为11.06±18.03μg/L,5例骨髓瘤患者患者血清NDPK-A含量为4.80±0.96μg/L,5例淋巴瘤患者血清NDPK-A含量为24.31±5.65μg/L。白血病患者治疗前后血清NDPK-A含量差异显著,7例治疗前患者NDPK-A含量为16.23±26.61g/L,治疗后患者NDPK-A含量为7.05±6.10g/L。[结论]建立的ELISA方法简单,灵敏、准确地测定血清NDPK-A含量;NDPK-A含量检测可发展为白血病的早期诊断和疗效判断指标。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the serum level of NDPK - A and development of leukemia and explore the significance of NDPK - A determination for early diagnosis of leukemia. [Methods] A sandwich ELISA established on the basis of recombinant human NDPK - A and its antibodies was used to detect serum NDPK - A in healthy people and patients with hematological malignancies. [Results] The serum level of NDPK- A was 3.89±0.39μg/L in the 20 healthy people, 11.06±18.03μg/L in the 16 patients with leukemia,4.80±0.96μg/L in the 5 patients with myeloma,24.31±5.65μg/L in the 5 patients with lymphoma,respectively. Meanwhile,there was significant difference in the serum level of NDPK-A between the treated and untreated padents (7.05±6.10μg/L vs. 16.23±26.61μg/L, P <0.05). [Conclusions] The sandwich ELISA used here is simple,sensitive and accurate for determination of serum NDPK - A level. The determination of serum NDPK - A level can be used for early diagnosis of leukemia.
