摘　　要：目的　探讨精神分裂症和抑郁症的人格特点。方法　对 6 4例精神分裂症、 5 8例抑郁症患者用CPI-RC测验 ,将精神分裂症、抑郁症按病程进行比较分析。结果　So、Sc、To、Do、In、Ie分精神分裂症与抑郁症间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。精神分裂症 5年以下组Do、Sy、So、To分与 6～ 10年组及 10年以上组两组间差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,抑郁症 10年以上组Wb、Ie分与 5年以下组间差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　精神分裂症患者人格多固执、任性 ,自我克制、自我调节和所达社会成熟水平较差 ,病程后期往往出现精神衰退。抑郁症患者人格多拘谨、依赖 ,意志薄弱 ,应对能力差 ,病程后期多不会出现人格结构改变。Objective To study the Personality traits of Schizophrenia and Depression Patients.Methods 64 Schizophrenia and 58 Depression Patients were tested by CPI-RC,then compared and analyzed according to pathological process.Results There was significant difference in So,Sc,To,Do,In,Ie between Schizophrenia and Depression,Do,Sy,So,To of Schizophrenia in 5 years were significantly different from group in 6-10 years and the group over 10 years (P<0.01),In,Ie of Depression over 10 years were significantly different from those in five years(P<0.01).Conclusion Schizophrnia Patients are more stubborn,willful and worse self-control,self-regulating,social mature level,also mental retardness frequently appears in the later pathological process.The personality traits of Depression patients were more conservative,dependence,weak-will and worse coping ability,personality structure change does not frequently appear in the later pathological process.
