摘　　要：目的 :探讨ELISA在梅毒检测中的应用 ,并将其与TRUST和TPPA两种试验方法比较。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验、甲苯胺红卡片试验和明胶凝剂试验等。结果 :ELISA法与TRUST法检测结果有显著性差异 ,而与TPPA结果相符。结论 :检测梅毒的ELISA敏感性优于TRUST ,与TPPA符合率高 。Objective:To study the application of detecting treponema pallidum by ELISA method,and to compare ELISA with the TRUST and TPPA. Methods ELISA,TRUST and TPPA were used. Results:Testing results indicated that the differences had considerable statisticed significance between ELISA and TRUST methods and no statistical significance between ELISA and TPPA methods. Conclusion:ELISA method is much better than TRUST in the sensitivity and better accord with TPPA well. It can be used to detect Syphilis.
